Intending to be legally bound hereby, the undersigned agrees and does hereby release from liability and to indemnify and hold harmless Maine Central Institute of Pittsfield, Maine, and any of its employees or agents representing or related to the School. Other than in cases of neglect by the School, this release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death) and property losses or damage occasioned by, or in connection with any activity or accommodations for this program.
The undersigned further agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations promulgated by Maine Central Institute an/or its affiliate groups and vendors.
I hereby consent to be photographed, filmed, audio taped and/or interviewed as part of the audition process.
An audition video or in-person audition is required to complete your application. (Not required for current BBT dancers) Please copy links to YouTube or other video sites below or you can upload a video file with your application (10 MB max). Please note that there is a $30 fee for either an in-person audition or video audition. This fee must be paid as part of your application.
Dance Video and Photograph
Please submit a headshot, a dance photograph in 1st arabesque (en pointe if applicable) and the video link, in order to facilitate level placement and casting.
