Girls Soccer

Girls Soccer began at MCI in the 1984-1985 school year and has achieved recent success playing in the state tournament 6 times since 2017 including 3 trips to the regional semifinals. Led by coach Corrie Kemp ‘02, the Huskies play in the Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference (KVAC) at the Class C level with several MCI Alumni currently playing college soccer. The season runs from mid-August to early November with varsity and JV games against other Maine high schools played on the same days throughout the week. Home games are played on Alumni Soccer Field on the MCI campus.
