Andrius Ksikvas
Director of Enrollment Management
Andrius comes to MCI with a wealth of student recruitment experience and is highly skilled in international student recruiting and admissions. He served as the Associate Director of International Recruitment at the University of Maine and as Assistant Director of International Admissions at Husson University. Andrius has an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Kauno Technologijes Universitetas (Lithuania), a BS degree in Business Administration and Financial Management, and also a Master of Business Administration degree from Husson University. Andrius is fluent in Lithuanian, English, and is proficient in Russian, Polish, and German.
Mark Tasker
Director of Dual Enrollment Programs/Admissions Associate
Mark is a master educator and was previously a division head at the Maine School of Science and Mathematics, which was recently ranked the number two STEM school in the U.S. Before moving into the teaching profession, Mark served in the U.S. Navy and specialized in intelligence operations. Mark has a degree in education, and a master’s degree in Scandinavian Studies. He is fluent in Swedish and is conversational in four other nordic languages. Mark has a true multi-disciplinary approach to learning across a number of fields of expertise including history, anthropology, geology, and outward bound.
Alexa Bryant
Admissions Officer
Alexa joins Maine Central Institute as our new Admissions Officer, where she works in a fast paced and dynamic team environment to do right by our students. Alexa graduated from Middlebury College in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a Minor in Chinese. She is the daughter of MCI Trustee Robert Bryant, and brings with her a wealth of of marketing knowledge to the position. She is a technologically savvy manager of day to day programs and procedures that support domestic and international boarding student enrollment and retention at MCI from inquiry, application, enrollment, arrival, all the way through to graduation.
