Your goals are our goals.
MCI graduates go on to military service, vocational training, or colleges and universities throughout the country: New York University, University of Pennsylvania, Harvard, Tufts, Cornell, Boston College, Purdue, Drexel, Temple, Maine Maritime Academy, Colby College, Bates College, Bowdoin College, Boston University, Husson, Clarkson, University of Iowa, University of Maine, University of Vermont, University of California - Irvine, Rutgers, Loyola, and Stanford.
MCI's family approach to each student's educational experience sets us apart from other schools: our exceptional faculty, staff and administration know our students individually and personally. We strive to support students so they can achieve the skills needed to excel as future leaders, thinkers and global citizens.
Our 24-acre campus in Pittsfield is one of the loveliest, safest areas in Maine that offers an iconic high school experience for students who reside in the area permanently or live on campus during the school year. The best part is our location is it is a short drive to nearby world-class colleges and museums and an hour drive away to Maine's coast or the mountains. Maine is also accessible by plane and train to larger cities throughout New England and the United States.
Please consider a visit to our school and experience the MCI community for yourself. Contact MCI Admissions with questions or to schedule a visit today!
The Admission Process
MCI admits students of any race, religion, gender, national origin, or sexual orientation in all the rights, privileges, programs and activities available to students at the school. MCI does not discriminate in the administration of its educational policies, admission policies, financial aid, or any other programs administered by the school.
We encourage applications from serious students who are open to new challenges and experiences. Admission to MCI is based upon the student's school record, application essay, teacher and counselor recommendations, and, whenever possible, standardized testing such as the SSAT, PSAT, SAT, TOEFL or CAT.
A $75 processing fee is required at the time of the application. A campus visit and interview are highly recommended for all applicants, although telephone interviews can be arranged for candidates who are unable to visit. Please contact the Admissions Office at (207) 487-2282 (email: admissions@mci-school.org) or complete the online form on this page to arrange a campus tour and personal interview.
MCI uses the Standard Application Online (SAO): to learn more about using the SAO and begin your application, click icon below.
