Meet Our Academic Office Staff

Scott Giallombardo

Dean of Academics

Mr. Giallombardo was born and raised in Pittsfield, attended Maine Central Institute and graduated in 2000. He then went on to graduate from the University of Maine at Farmington in 2004. Upon returning to MCI, Mr. Giallombardo taught United States history before transitioning to the Academic Office where he was an Academic Counselor before becoming MCI's Dean of Academics. Mr. Giallombardo is married and has two children. He enjoys hiking, whitewater rafting, working around the house and spending time with his family.

Pamela Smith

Academic Counselor (Names M-Z)

Pam graduated from UMaine in ’92 with a BS in Elementary Education. After graduating, she served as a paraprofessional for a few years after graduation and then taught middle school in Hartland for 14 years. While teaching, Pam went on to get her Master’s in Education with a concentration in School Counseling. In 2012, she became the middle school counselor in Milo before transferring to Mount View High School and then settling here at MCI. She enjoys theater as a patron and performer, and spending time with family on Sibley Pond.

Brandon Clark

Brandon Clark joins our MCI family as our newest Registrar! Brandon is no stranger to our school, and brings with him a wealth of experience in a variety of fields including that of merchandising specialist at Unity Environmental University, and a degree in communications technology from Husson University. He is passionate about education, committed to student success, and excited to contribute to the continued growth and excellence of the MCI community. His diverse background enhances our team and supports our mission-driven goals.

Cody Campbell

Academic Counselor (Names A-L)

A graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington, with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education – English and a minor in Theatre, Cody holds a Maine Teacher Certification (100s). With experience in higher education, Cody is skilled in Student Life, Admissions, and college counseling. Known for strong interpersonal skills, Cody is also experienced in Google Apps, social media, event planning, and student development, bringing a well-rounded and student-centered approach to every educational environment.
