2016-2017 Tuition and Fees

Residential Student
Room, Board and Tuition: $42,750

Private Day Student
Tuition: $11,000

ESL Support Service
First class enrolled: $3,000
Each additional class: $2,000

Medical Insurance
$1,320 per year

Tuition Refund Plan
Resident Student: $500
Private Day Student: $215
Optional for payment plan A,
Mandatory for payment plan B

MCI's Tuition Refund Policy will refund 50 percent of the unused, paid-in-full tuition and fees if the student  is withdrawn or dismissed.  No refund will be paid for withdrawal or dismissal after January 30.  Full payment for this plan is required upon receipt for the plan to be in effect.  Parents enrolled in Plan B are required to purchase the Refund Plan. 

Room Damage Deposit
$150 (refundable)
This deposit is refundable after satisfactory room inspection at the end of the school year.

Non-International Student Reserve Account
$750 (partially refundable)
Maine students: $500 (partially refundable)
This account is not for the student's personal spending. It is for emergency expenses such as medical bills or travel expenses.  Any unused balance will be returned.

International Student Reserve Account
$2,000 (partially refundable)
This account is not for the student's personal spending. It is for emergency expenses such as medical bills or travel expenses.  Any unused balance will be returned.

Enrollment Deposit and Tuition Payment Plans
Enrollment shall be accepted and a reservation entered upon receipt of the signed contract and upon payment of a non-refundable enrollment deposit in the amount of $5,000. After MCI has accepted a student, the student's parent(s) or guardian(s) must sign an enrollment contract. This is a formal contract and includes a payment plan and the specific terms and conditions of enrollment. Any financial aid awards and/or scholarships are specified in the contract.
